Peterson-Wozniak, Inc. joined a design team gathered from around the country to execute this intricate and demanding project. Brought into the process 2 years after construction started to step in and complete the project, PWI spent another 2 years working closely with multi disciplined internationally renowned designers and architects to execute the remainder of the project to their expected fine point of perfection. A dated and almost forgotten ocean bluff estate was transformed into a magnificent 10 acre example of classic Palladio architecture surrounded by inspiring landscapes and hardscapes.
Guest houses and outbuildings compliment the grounds which include gardens, fountains, filtered water and natural ponds, a zero edge pool, and a carefully orchestrated placement of pines, olive and oak trees. A state of the art rain water runoff filtration system ensures that water flowing into the Pacific is not harmful to the delicate local ocean environment. The execution of this project is wonderful example of the exemplary skill in construction and construction management PWI brings to the table everytime.
